Ticket and Vendor Terms

Tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, everyone gets a full refund.

Free RSVP tickets work for whoever shows the QR. To bring friends, send each person their own ticket link.

Markets run rain or shine unless the event page says otherwise. Each event page's Rain plan explains what happens. Before an outdoor market we make a weather call on the day shown on its event page and email a weather update to everyone who RSVP'd. If we cancel, we email everyone with an RSVP or ticket and post it on the event page and Instagram.
